Office Launch
Their Requirements
Louis Vuitton were opening a new flagship store on Bond Street, London described by CEO and president Yves Carcelle as “one of the most important fashion and cultural cities in the world. It brings together innovation, heritage and fashion – all values that are important to Louis Vuitton.”
The store itself is set over 3 floors and is absolutely stunning, including the number of significant works of art on display. This internal launch was for 120 store staff as part of their familiarisation of the new site and also of the products, history and designers that influence this leading luxurious fashion brand.
Our Involvement
We designed and delivered a successful two-part solution for Louis Vuitton. The first was a fun quiz night for all employees that brought them together as a group – particularly important bearing in mind that many people had never met before. As well as bringing people together, the quiz asked questions on a number of significant moments in the rich history of Louis Vuitton.
Just 72 hours prior to the official store opening to the media and public, we ran an interactive treasure trail in and around the new store. Based around another fun exercise to help the new team bond, the trail focused on points of interest within the new store to educate and familiarise staff .
