Classic Family Fun Day
Their Requirements
Diageo were moving to brand new premises in West London. They wanted an event to thank their team for the inconvenience of moving offices. They wanted to extend this thank you to the families to engage everyone within the office environment. Diageo wanted to promote their ethos ‘Enjoy Work’ by creating a new office atmosphere, inviting families to the space and encouraging employees to network outside of the normal working day.
Our Involvement
This was the first time Diageo had done anything like this. We were approached to consult on the creative element to enable selection of an event that would fulfil all objectives. Our experienced team took the chosen solution through to completion with an inspiring and seamlessly run event on the day.
We started with an engaging teaser campaign that enticed employees to register for this new event. Fun sitemaps were created for guests to help them find their way around the site. A range of fun activities to suit all guests were provided and a professional compere was on hand to inform guests of what was on offer. Goody bags awaited guests on departure.
We provided complimentary ice cream for guests and worked with the on-site catering company that had the contract with the office building to ensure a wonderful spread was available for guests during the day. As we managed every aspect, including power and infrastructure requirements, we were able to keep tight control of all elements resulting in a seamless event experience for guests.

The Results
Guests feedback from the event was unanimously positive. The event was seen as such a success that Diageo decided to make it an annual event which is now in its fourth year. Each year guest attendance increases and is now at 1000+.
